disappointed but the sun is coming up
He guys today it was time to bring my bonne to the garage. In the netherlands, a car older then 3 years has to be inspected each year :?
It was time to go to trial
The car was not ok, 10 points of disapproval. Mostly brakes, but i allready ordered new discs and pads so thats gonna be ok.
A few questions: 1.where can i find the **** to put on the foglights in front
2. The heather doesn't work, what can it be? 3. The Co level in the exhaust gasses are to high, how can i adjust this?

Lucky for you, brakes are EASY.
For the foglights, are you looking for the adjustment ****? Looks like a wingnut? If so, there'* a few people with them here that don't need them any longer. Someone can probably send you one.
For the heater, we'll need some more specifics. These are complicated systems, but lucky for you, your year was the last year you could do self-on-board diagnostics from the panel. No heat? No fan? No temp control at all? Is the temperature flashing on the display?
Emissions are normally not a problem on these cars either, but with age, **** happens. The best advice I can give you is to replace the plugs and wires, clean the fuel injectors, and consider replacing the O2 sensor (they're usually tired after 60-80k miles), and even the catalytic converter if it'* in the budget. Pretty much everything that may affect combustion or fuel injector spray pattern.

Ok, you posted the codes from the PCM I assume, rather than from the climate contol.

Code 23 is your intake air temperature sensor. It'* on the back side of the airbox (where the filter is). I assume it'* disconnected. Look for the harness below the airbox, and hook it up.
54 and 55 are for your EGR valve. This is good news, and may help fix your CO emissions. Can you get a new gasket? If so, take it off the car and clean it very well with carburetor cleaner, then lightly lubricate the springs and solonoid shafts. If you can't get a new gasket conveniently, try cleaning the springs and shafts while it'* on the car, then lubricate them.
65 is just the cruise control servo sensor. We can worry about that one later. Does your cruise control work?
The switch for the foglamps is above your head near the sunroof controls. Is that the '****' you wee looking for?

Thanks thanks, i just pulled the egr valve of and greased it up, couldn't find much pollution but, engine codes disappeared, yeah! I hope this will solve my CO problem, also shook up the air temp sensor and that code is gone as well, hail to the bonneville club, and off course willwren. I found the fog light **** 
, man i really need some glasses But now the heating problem has to be solved, i gonna search tis forum first, thanks again.

I got the code 152, i disconnected the battery, but still no hot air :( , code 152 is gone, but 48 have come up

little update, got the codes out, but still no hot or cold air. I noticed that the fans are making a lot of noise, you can hear them go faster but only can feel a little airflow

Ok, neither of those codes are serious. Both should clear and be gone for some time. Now that the codes are cleared, we need to know why you have noise and little airflow.
At this point, you should remove the fan (on the firewall behind the engine, easy to do) and make sure there'* no rodents or garbage in there. Now remove the maxifuse relay center cover, take off the two screws for the fan control module, and look inside the heat exchanger. I think you'll find gunk and garbage are blocking airflow, particularly if the car sat unused for some time. These links should help:

Ok , some things i found out, i don't know exactly how its called but i think it'* called the heatercore, is bypassed :( So i think because of a leakage. see picture
Could you tell me what the Evap core is? Is it what i see on the next picture?
If it is, i do not have one :( And indeed there is a lot of dirt in this box.
update: i am learning every minute, as i see it now, i need a evap core and a heater core, so 2 times PITA
These parts, are they have to be pontiac bonneville? Or are other parts suitable too? Here in the netherlands there are almost no parts cars, so i can only buy new over here.
