Adjustable headrests???
Hi all,
I was looking at my brotherseats in his 1992 SSE and he has adjustable headrests. He replaced replaced his seats because of the lower portion being kinda shot, but he still has the remains with the adjustable headrests.
How do you remove the headrest? I have been trying to figure out how to remove them from my 6-way power leather seats to replace with the 12-way leather seats.
TIA,
Stylez

Well I can tell you how to remove them & bust them.....Just pull up really hard!
Actually there is a proper way to remove them (Found out after I broke the Driver'* headrest), just slide a thin metal strip in each hole at the base to release the retainer holding them in.

Do what I did one day....Just tell them their "Bug" parts! in actuallaity the "Bug" parts were on top, but more expwensive parts were on the bottom of the bucket....BTW, the bucket was half full of grease too, so you couldn't see the other parts unless you dig for them. Cashier didn't want to do just that (AS I had counted on) & let me have them all for $50 bucks (Actual worth was over $500)!!!!!!
