Default Rear hub and plugs

Ok, boys here we go again........I have a rear hub assemble that obviously needs to be replaced(you can move the tire back and forth while jacked up). I read the info on how to do this.....about how long should this take? And also while I have nothing else to do this Friday am..............is the recommended spark plug for this car still AC Delco to everyones opinion??

Thanks...............Dylansdad
