You may want to have someone with a '95 FSM check this info, but in my '92 FSM, the unlock relay is combined with the lock relay in the same unit called a "door lock relay assembly" A picture and location for this part is shown in the diagram I posted earlier.

I will check the info on the flickering inst panel (I presume it is the lights that are flickering) later today for you. But my first thought there is the dimmer gets worn and dirty on the light switch and can cause that. Also a bad ground might be a likely suspect.

Hi jamesdean,

Can you be a little more specific on the problem... for example, is the problem that the lights in the instrument panel ONLY flicker? or is it all the dashboard, console, radio, climate control lights?
