OK, this is the car with the code 58 problem. I just pulled all the plugs and replaced them with the ones that were good out of my Camaro. All of the plugs were SOAKED with gas. I put a plug on a wire and set it on the engine pull hook and it seemed to have spark but it looked to be somewhat weak.

What all can this be?? Code 58 from what I have found means VATS failure OR no crankshaft signal.... What would cause this? I really need to get the car going before it snows as I don't think my Camaro with a 3200 stall will be very fun...

I'll stab at this one. If you are getting the engine to turn over, it probably isn't the VATS. That is designed to disable the vehicle if the wrong keys are used. The logical point is the crank sensor. These do go from time to time. My 89 Bonneville lost it'* sensor from high water and corrosion. You'll find the sensor on the belt end, just above the crank pulley. Just follow the wires to the pulley and you'll find it. The sensor reads a magnet located ON the crank itself. The magnet usually doesn't come off, but it is possible. There is one screw that secures the sensor in place, remove that and unplug the sensor. Reverse this to install.
Make sure you reset your PCM before starting. If it was the sensor, she'll fire right up!
