Definitely looks like a leak gasket to me. Is the underside of the TB dry?

I agree. Check the throttle body gasket for leaks first - then the LIM gasket.

yes TB is Bone Dry....been there done that gasket already

Haha. Well, I can tell you that mine was leaking at those same points, but it was because both sides of the gasket were missing. Usually when the LIM is replaced, goop is used on those corners where the gasket doesnt quite fill in. I am suspecting that this is the case with yours and once you pull the lower, you will see what im talking about if you dont already know.

In this pic, the orange silicone shows the corners im talking about.

First time I did it I put gobs on top and bottom of the corners like shown below, but it still leaked, so when I redid it I put gasket maker along the entire surface of the seals.

keep in mind these Gaskets are the OEM and were put on the car in 3-93, and have about 95K on em....
