Cracked EGR Tube Causing KR?
Is it conceivable, From what I have checked out and what I have seen my exhaust manifolds are free of cracks.
but I can feel but more importantly hear exhaust coming out of this:
driverjohn could hear it too.
You cant see the other side, you dont want to either It has to be nearly 1/8", I dont know how I missed these cracks before from what I can see it is cracked in at least 3 different places.
Ordering a new tube tomorrow.

MAYBE. It still won't leak much.
You'll get KR more likely ABOVE the EGR. The tube that goes into the SC. It lets in un-metered air that the MAF sensor didn't see.
You cannot replace just the tube. You need the entire mounting bracket that bolts to the head, and includes the tube. You also need a new gasket. It won't come with it.

I've yet to find a replacement; the '92 and '93 egr tubes look similar, but they're different.
If yours is similar to the '92, there'* a rigid smooth steel line that runs through the center of the corrugated outside tubing, and I think (but am not sure) the inner tube carries the exhaust to the EGR valve but the exhaust between the inner and outer tube goes to the exhaust, so maybe an outer tube leak isn't critical...
On mine, I used a couple of stainless steel clamps to cover the openings until the happy day when I find a replacement. Nothing else I've found can take the high temps when used to cover the outside of the tube.
