Default Smokes alittle burns oil

Ok 95 SE with 106k...It smokes alittle when idleing and puffs smoke when going from reverse to drive...every week or 2 i need to put about a quart of oil in it....the previous owner had the top end rebuilt at around 50k cuz of this problem the only thing that wasnt replaced was the rear main...the car still has plenty of power an theres no coolent in the oil or any of that jazz....now the question is what do you think it is? Im guess its the rear main seal but what do you think it is

If you have smoke at most times when driving, it'* more then likely the rings. If you get smoke only at the start up and then it clears up, it'* a valve guide. A leaking rear main seal wont burn oil, it will leak it on the ground. Doing a compression test might tell you which cylinder is the problem.
