Default Rear knocking noise. Need ideas FWIW

I've been having this for a couple weeks, ever since I put the swoopies on coincidentally.

When I brake and am coming to a stop I hear a knocking noise from the rear passenger side wheel area. It'* a consistent knock, knock, knock...as I slow down. I thought brakes of course, but upon inspecting them with Bill everything LOOKED fine. Shoes are fine, drum is fine. I did notice though the shield around the drum was rubbing on the drum itself, so I bent it back out. I still have the problem though.

So could this be the cylinder perhaps? Wheel bearing (I've gotten no humming though in weeks)? Something with the parking brake since I use that a lot? NFC here, maybe someone has had this before. It seems like a brake issue but I can't afford to buy parts when I'm not sure they are broken.

My bets are on possible bearing. The wheel cylinder isn't leaking and the brakes are working correctly. E brake is built into the brakes and appears to work.

There' not much else there to make noise.

Jack up the rear, and wobble those suckers up down and around. If it'* a bearing, you'll know it.

That'* the other reason I didn't think it was a bearing, because I jiggled that wheel at 9 and 3, and 12 and 6 while Bill watched. No wobbling after a couple weeks. :? I suppose it just may not be that bad yet.
