What year balancer fits my '92 SSEi? I've heard only '92 fits. I've heard '92-'95 fits. What'* the right answer?

Moved this one also. Forced Induction is for superCHARGER issues, not mechanical issues that don't pertain to it.

92 is the only year on your interchange.

You're right. I appologize. Thanks for the info.

Anyone know a good source for new '92 balancers? Everywhere I look only shows 93 and newer.

I got the balancer for my '92 SSE */c from a Pontiac dealer.
The part# was 88960259, and that'* the actual number of the part that I bought and had installed, and it fit and works.

Note that before I bought the part from that dealer, a different Pontiac dealer said the part# was 25527381 and was replaced by 88959266, so beware - those part #* may or may not be correct.

I hope that helps.

In a lot of systems, the new number will show up if you try to order the old part number.
