Default INSTALLING CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS

I have a 95 bonny se .....

Any idea how hard it is to get the rubber bushings in the rear control arm?

I need to get them installed because I can shake the rear tire back and forth and see movement in the control arm at the bushings.

The manual says it needs a special tool to install them in the control arm, is that correct?
