If the other electrical parts are already there (ie: solinoid, latch, etc) then why not just get a new switch from either a wrecked car or from the dealer?
Switch, R/Cmpt Lid Rel (Actuator) 92-93 HX (A90) & HYHZ = 25607903
Switch, R/Cmpt Lid Rel (Lid Ajar Ind) 92-93 Hx (A90) & HYHZ = 16604175
Actuator, R/Cmpt Lid Lk Rel 92-93 HX (A90) & HYHZ = 16624416

Im think that the latch is there and some wires are ranI just need to find them. But the thing is that I need to run a wire for power and connect it to fuse then run it through the switch and that is what I do not know how to do.

I'd have to agree. It was a couple days at least before JSeabert even realized he had one. My latch is misadjusted.....a little tight. Sometimes it prevents mine from opening. But I have yet to see a car without one. I think it was standard on all cars. (It'll only work with accessory power on, and the trans in Park).

I have a question concerning what is "standard" on all Bonnevilles, Phantom has the release mechanism but no fuse or release botton. It has been suggested that ALL Bonnes had them. I know that I have one, but is there any one else out there--other than Phantom--that doesn't have a trunk release?

On a similar note, I have not FOB for remote door lock/unlock. I have assumed that my car doesn't have keyless remote. But, it seems that a car of this caliber would have it standard. Can anyone else verify whether the remote keyless entry is an option vs standard? Is anyone else missing this option? What is the RPO for keyless entry (1995)? I have several RPO'* that I can't decifer. It may be part of "1SC-Option Package Group", Can anyone help me?

Phantom, the RPO for trunk release is A90 for a 1995. Check your RPO list in your trunk. Good luck.

Are you sure you're looking at the latch mechanism and not the tamper sensor for the security system?
