I saw a 94 ssei today for $5000.00 and I think I can get it for 4-4200. It has about a 1000 less miles my 97 SE but it'* 3 years older. I've just starting to modify my 97 and figure I can get to 250 hp. but it"* gonna cost me at least a $1000.00 to get there. I figure I can get $4-5000 for my car. It'* been takin very well care of and I've owned it since it was new. What do you think I should do? Ireally like the looks of the SSEi.

I'll argue. Even the Series I SC has more hp than the Series 2 NA (225 vs 205 hp). The SC motors used roller rockers and lifters, dimple rods, and a stronger transaxle. You should be able to squeak better perfomance per dollar out of the 94SSEi AND you get a really cool boost gauge.
