coolant around valve cover
I was getting coolant leaking above my front valve cover I am pretty sure it is just a intake manifold gasket leak does that sound right?

And Jason, be happy that you only have to replace gaskets. Say Thank You.
Do make sure that you get all the old gasket material off both sides and clean it up good before installing the new gasket. Use this opportunity to clean your throttle body while you are at it.

Ya i got the intake off the other night and the gasket looked like it had a long life. The valley is very clean for how many mines on it i have seen 350'* with half the miles and had lage amounts of build up on the pushrods and lifters. The tops of te heads looked really clean as well. One of my vavle cover got cracked during the engine being pulled other then geting a new or used stock one is there any kind of after market vavle covers out there.

Well Jason, it sounds like you took care of the gasket problem. Good for you!
As far as aftermarket valve covers, I'm not sure who, if anyone offers the series 1 valve covers as aftermarket. I did check and you could try writing to DrJay@SeriesOnePerformance.com <DrJay@SeriesOnePerformance.com>. At the least, I know they can get some OEM parts.
There is always gmpartsdirect.com for OEM parts.
Personally, I would look to a local parts yard for a used cover. It should not be an expensive item, IMO.
