Default HVAC problem

Air only comes out the defrost and the bottom. i was told to check the vacum lines going threw the fire wall. i found one but it look to be in good condition. im planing on replaceing all of it that i can. but what else could be the problem ? it on a 96 olds LSS

Anyways have you checked the vacuum connector that goes into your A/C controller?

Look for collapsed vacuum nipples.....don't laugh thats what we call them around here

Sure do. But airmix actuators have nothing to do with air direction....

i havent checked etheir one of those but i will tomarrow. where is the A/C controller located?

Josh also check the vacuum canister under the front right corner of your front bumper.....

It should have vacuum all the time. Pull the violet colored vacuum line off to listen for a vacuum purge sound.

Josh the controller is located under your passenger side dash area. Do a search here for 'trailnuts' it shows the controller and location.

Oh boy.....trailnuts...collapsed nipples....are we talking in code here.
