I just had my stater changed because they said my solined was bad said it was loose and the loop wire that went to it broke off and was replaced would that of made my battery and alternator bad because my starter was bad.i ask because when iI have my amp on and barley turn it up my lights get dim every time my subs hit I know my amp is hooked up right, could it be my alternator replaced battery and alternator about 6 months ago ,105 amp amp wire loop to alternator was bad and replaced any suggestions

Please check your alternator output at idle. Then turn the amp on and check the same (use a voltmeter on the charge post on the back of the alternator).
