Default OBD II fan trigger (96+)

K.. been thinkin of making a switch and relay sytem to kick the fan on manually instead of having to turn the Compressor on ( using A/C or front windshield defogger ). Whats the trigger the PCM uses?? Negative or positive? Any schematic would be greatly appreciated too.. thanx.

I know I can BUY them from INTENSE and the likes.. but meh.. I'm a cheap a$$ and like to get my hands dirty and do it myself instead of spending all that kinda money for something I can do on my own.
