I've never done it myself, but I see that no one else has answered yet, so here'* what I know.
There are a few bolts at the bottom front of the door, in the general area of the speaker. The rest of the panel (including the top) is held in position by small metal clips, so you'll just need to pull it carefully at the edges until it pops out.

cool i got the 2 behind the light the 2 by the speaker the one at the top of the handel what else was left

I think that was all of them. You should then be able to pry push clips out and lift the panel off.

the one you use to close the door the other one that you are talking about do i have to remove all of the plastic shroud or what to get to it

The other one is located behind the door handle that opens the door. This is the handel that is right next to the manual door lock lever. The oval shaped piece behind the handle pops out to reveal the bolt. You might even see a slight slot where you can use a screw driver to pry it out.
