Default How much power steering should fit in a 3.8 engine?

The power steering on my 95 SSE is leaking oil. Under the car, by the right front wheel, there’* some oil leaking. A strange “Errr” sound appears when I turn the wheels, especially in combination with acceleration. Filling up the power steering oil removes the sound for a week or so.

I figured that I could add some Omega 907, a professional fluid for sealing leakages in the power steering system. However, the mix should just be 3% of the oil volume. No more, no less.

The omega bottle I've got is sized for 5 liters of power steering oil. Anyone who knows how much power steering oil there should be in a 3.8 engine?

Best regards,
Sebastian

I believe the whole system is 1 1/2 pints. I may be wrong, but I'm sure that was it. But I suggest that you repair/replace the line to stop the leak, some stop leaks may clog the system up.

BTW, your engine is not a 3.6, it'* a 3.8.
