Default Headrests..

I know some cars have ones that tilt, and I do not have them, but that'* my major gripe with these seats. Where can i get a hold of some, and can i just use my existing leather covers?

an SSE with the 12 ways 'll have 'em. You will need the entire seat, controls, and all that crap. From what I have heard, it is a big job.

It appears that my SSEi headrests do tilt forward/back (I was unaware that they did this). This is a manual operation as there are no motors, wires or bladders for this function. My guess is that you will be able to use your same cover but if you could post a pic, I'll compare the shape to mine.

Looks like a low impact workout too. The headrests should remove simply by disconnecting the rear panel of the seat and releasing them.

I might be able to help you with the parts cause I'm picking up a parts car tomorrow.

Jason, I'll check out the SSE SC'ed parts car for the condition of the grey headrest'*. I know they tilt, but I can't vouch for their show quality due to them being exposed to the elements since 2001. Hopefully they just need a good cleaning.
One thing you should know is with these headrest'* in your non-12-way seats is the HR"* won't adjust up and down (at least they won't stay up) as the stock shafts that go into the seat have slots on the back side and these tilting headrest'* only have one sloton the inside of each shaft.
I have a pair of tan tilters in my SSE, but next time I'm in Gordy'* neighborhood I have to swap for the non-tilters.
I'll try to remember to stop by and check them out tomorrow and maybe I can drop them off at Gordy'* on Tuesday on my way to The Quest night club for AlterBridge'* show (no I didn't pay for 'em -I won em).
I'll PM you about their condition as soon as I find out

P.*. No your leather cover'* won't work as they aren't slotted for the tilt.
