How do you remove the fuel rails from a series II?

the one we use is the upside down one , 3/8

ah...3/8...well they had the fancy metal ones only at schucks (also known as advance/checker/etc) so I went to autozone and found the same one haro had a picture of. It looks like it will work just fine.
