It just dies. It is a 92 Pontiac Bonneville SE it has (well the odometer says it has) 103,000 on it. I bought it about a year ago. About a month after I bought it, the fuel pump went out, it was replaced as well as the filter(*).
I have replaced the cruise control module, the spark plugs and wires. Now when I drive it it will just die for no apperent reason and no warning. Didn't someone else have a similiar problem? Can anyone help?

oh, and by the way it does NOT trip a code when it does this just dies. I also tried the old tap the MAF sensor trick to see if that was it but not so much as a stumble.

Good call. Each end of EVERY cable, both positive and negative coming from the battery. Disconnect and clean each one after tracing them out. The lack of a code is a dead giveaway.
By no code, you mean you checked for codes, or you have no check engine light, or both?

When you turn on the key, does the SES light lightup? Someone may have taken the bulb out. Sounds like a crank sensor is going bad. When it does die and you try to start it, does you tach move?

O.k. The battery is good, the alternator, is well it works, but it is from Autozone need I say more? The connections are tight and free from all debris. It is NOT a power problem. I pulled codes and there was only one that was a MAF code that I purposely set to make sure that the light worked.

I'm thinking that you may be having a crank sensor failure as well...
Good Luck and let us know what you find

This is a typical problem with all H bodies.
