Hmm, thats intresting..
Just noticed this a few days ago.
My temp gage in the car, the needle is say at 190 in traffic, however, the Aeroforce is only reading about 165....25-30 degree difference? Never did that before, they used to be synchronized with each other well..

S2 L67 only has one sensor, right? But it'* 4 wires? That'* a 2 in 1 sensor IIRC. Two elements. Check your FSM to see which is which thermocouple pin pair, and measure the resistance of each pair of pins at any given temp (preferably warmed up). If they're the same, look into a wiring problem or a gauge connection corrosion issue.
If they're different, replace the sensor. INTENSE sells them for about 25 bucks.

okay.
It doesn't seem to be effecting driveability, no codes or anything.
I'm about to drive 100 miles on direction to go to work for a week, then back..
I'll test it warm when I get back, seems easy enough.
