Default Transmission clunk during acceleration

I've noticed ever since I bought this car about a year ago that just about every time I pull away (like at a stop sign or red light) there is this one, and only ONE, clunk sounds that occurs, and then I continue to accelerate. For instance, I'll press the gas and accelerate for a split second, then the clunk, then I'll continue accelerating (no pause in acceleration when the clunk occurs, though). It'* also much more pronounced if I do a quick "from-reverse-into-drive-then-go" maneuver (if you know what I mean). The transmission works great so I'm not sure what to think. I'm having a hard time describing this so if you need any clarification, feel free to ask.

Sounds like a bad mount. Check the mount on the front left side of the engine.

After more research it'* definitely the motor mount. The title of this thread is sort of misleading now.

That'* exactly what I'm getting. The harder I accelerate off the line the more likely it is to happen.
