Hello, I am nre here and well need some help and this si a genreral term here so bare witfh me... I have a 92 se feel slike car is beening held back, when at a stop light you can take you foot off gas, car will not move, when you hit gas it moves, when backing up feels same, now it will get up and move, now maybe it is just the car, Thanks for the help, have some pics soon. I'd say if it needs a tune up, then do so...
Otherwise..it sounds like a C motor. Good runners, live forever...not known to be the worlds strongest motor that'll move the car merely by lifting your foot.

Maybe the brakes are dragging>?<
Check the brakes real close. I had a bad rotor, and I'm not out of the woods yet, but put on a good used rotor and matching pads, (counter rotating), but the brake dragging is much less than it was. Sorry for rambling, it'* late.
