It'* kind of hard to tell by the diagram but the part that is labeled "manif press" has a line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator, SC bypass and a third line goes to the trans? What is the accesory vacuum nipple go to on top of the supercharger?

IIRC, yes, the part that is labeled "manif press" has a line that goes to the FPR, SC bypass solenoid, and to the trans.

The accessory vacuum nipple on top of the supercharger is connected by a small vacuum line to a nipple on the firewall under/near the brake booster.

I think that picture is for a 97 and newer. The 96 has a vac line for the trans also and there 2 metal tubes connected to each other and I can't figure out how this thing goes together. There is 3 nipples coming off the mainifold also.

The 96 has different vac routing because of the transmission...so I need a 96 pic.
