Default Climate control problem, HELP Gurus, 98 Bonnie

Ok it was the ignition stater switch that burned out ( my post above), I replaced it now my climate control doesn't work right. Sometimes the temp flsashes for a minute then it will blow hot air if in the a/c 60 deg setting but if you shut off the key and restart then bring the temp up to 90 deg and back down to 60 it will blow a/c fine. It deosn;'t seem to always want to switch back to the proper heat level. Again I never noticed the flashing temp before but once in awhile when it was cold and you started the car in the morning it would go to full air and blow cold but if you shut it off and turned it back on it would wotrk fine. What ever controls the mixing of the air be it a relay or whatever is not working right. I checked EVERYTHING under the dash to be sure I didn't knock something off but it looks fine ? Thanks guys !
