Default I NEED HELP !! :(

:( Please help me! I will try not to make this to long, but your knowledge of this particular vehicle is needed. This is my father’* car and he likes it a lot. But it has broken down, and we are trying to fix it. What happen was he was driving on the highway and the car sounded like it 3was getting power so he pulled over and it stalled out and couldn’t start it up again. So we figured the alternator, do to power loss on the highway. So we replaced it. And jumped the car, but no success I saw the alternator spin like it was coming on but it stopped. So we replaced the starter, thinking for some freak chance it may be bad. No luck, so we take the battery to go get charged the guy says its fine. Now I noticed a small oil leak underneath the car, but it has plenty of oil. My fathers convincing himself he burned the engine out because he saw the engine light come on, when it was stalling out. I am not convinced the engine is burned out, my question would be, could it be some sensor on the vehicle, perhaps maybe the oil pump, please guys, if any of you have a clue what maybe wrong with this car please reply back. Thank you

The best place to start would be to get the codes scanned. Most auto parts stores will do it for free. There are any number of possibilities here, and we really need to narrow it down in a logical manner.

Default hmmm

this could be a problem since it won't start up, but how much do you think of of those code readers cost?

the code readers are kinda spendy and you may only need to use it once or twice. Go to the local shop and get a reading from them. It'll tell you exactly what sensor or cylinder is bad. Its the best way to deal with it
