Default Odd problem inside the wheel well

The other day on highway I started lot wind noise the cabin. So when I got home looked around and found that plastic insert in the wheel weel on front driver had falllen down. Opun closer inscpection found the all four screw had rusted out. The odd part about this is the no rust in the area other the screws. Put new ones so it better just thought it was kind of odd.
