Paint flaking away!
the paint on my white bonnie started flaking away a couple of months a go....I thought i had stopped it but now i see it has started in 3 more seperate spots..any suggestions..thanks

If I were to tackle this myself (thank god you don't have metallic paint like I do) I'd:
Lightly feather the edges of the paint remaining with 400-grit wet/dry sandpaper (do it wet, with soapy water).
Clean up the area with mineral spirits, and let it evaporate completely.
Mask off the entire car except for those areas (and an additional 1-2 inches)
Get a can of GM touchup paint (5oz spray bottle) from the dealer. Carefully spray the spots.
After 2-3 days of curing, blend the new paint edges into the surrounding paint with polishing compound.
This won't give you back your factory clearcoat, but it should come close to looking right.
