Nah, I just got lucky -- there were a bunch of pages returned for my search ("plastic chroming ontario") but I happened across a page full of 'Cuda restoration links, and they had three plastic rechromers listed -- one was in Texas, one in Wisconsin, and one in Ontario.

Apparently the guy who wrote the page is in Ontario too (Ottawa, it seems), so you might be interested in some of the other assorted links too:
