Head Light Covers
Hey everyone i just took off my smoke headlight covers for the winter :( sometimes vision is bad with those so i'm not risking it. Anyone in here dare leave them on all winter long ? lol. My car looks soo weird. It looks like a completely different car..and not the alien..haha. Those covers accent a whole lot..can't wait for spring ..lots a mods baby.

Anybody try them with Cool Blues or Silver Stars? The different wavelengths of those lights may make up the difference. I'm considering these covers, so I'd like to know your input on this. Term, you're running these too, so whaddya think?

I have 8000K HID'* in my 93 Bonneville right now. It'* only temporary until I get back to my house in Nebraska where they will be installed in my Z28.
I can tell you, they are a lot more expensive but I have had the other bulbs and these are truly remarkable. I would think they will penetrate the headlight covers easily.

I've been thinking about installing a 7000k kit for a few months now. How do those types of kits look? Are they comparable to what you might see on a car that had them installed at the factory? Do the ballasts cause problems with the lamp monitor?
