That really sucks. You ok though?

Some sites that I have been recommended to, are. Domestic Performance, 3800 Performance, GM Parts Direct. JC Whitney also maybe.

Other members know more in depth places to go, but maybe that will start you off a little.

Is that all the damage? What about wiring harnesses, head lights, under hood carpet, etc?
Is this going to be an insurance claim? Do you have any pics of the damage?

Theres a lot that can be upgraded, everything on your list in fact but I'd be more concerned with getting it to run now and find what else if anything is still wrong with it?

Plugs.......auto parts store. Either NGK or AC Delco.
Modulators? Do you mean the trans modulator???
3800 cover is still available from GM and rather cheap. Get the 8-digit pn from underneath it. You mean the "3800 Supercharged" cover?
Radiator.....need to know if you have the aux trans cooler and oil cooler lines going to it. You should have 2 big rubber hoses, 2 small steel hoses on the passenger side, and two more on the drivers side bottom.
Battery.......either an Optima red top or a DieHard Gold from Sears. My favorites.
Both fans would be cheaper from a wrecker than from GM.
What part of the intake? The box? The Plenum? The TB? The SC?
What chip?

I can give you part numbers, but you'll have to be alot more specific.

You have major electrical problems. You're going to have to replace the entire engine/power distribution harness under the hood.

The car started smoking because you have major electrical issues from the fire. To make it worse, I bet the Fire Department used chemical extinguishers on your car. Correct? Guess what? CORROSIVE CHEMICALS. Check your fuses in the maxifuse relay center, above the passenger footwell, and the main panel above your brake pedal. How many are blown?

I'd like to see a picture under your hood after the fire. I'm willing to bet an insurance company would total your car, judging by the symptoms you're describing.
