Rocker, spring, and pushrod replacment
Has anyone done a write up with pictures and detailed instructions on changing rockers, springs, and pushrods? I'm planning to do this in spring, but looking everythign over, the back one dont look like much fun. Lots of stuff in the way. I'm also putting on a set of PEMs at the same time, seeing how I'll be right there. So I'm wondering what is the best way to go about this? Do I need to disconnect the motor mounts and rock the engine forward? Or is there a better trick? Also, if there'* anyone in the area that will be looking for a days fun under the hood helping me, I'm thinking I might do it April 10th. But if someones willing to help out and a different date works, let me know and I'll take vacation.

This is the tear down for a 2003, but the procedure is pretty much the same.
Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Replacement
And for the springs (minus the oil seal unless you're doing those also)
