Default A question about a part

My brights don't work, because part of the steering wheel column, next to the tilt **** is gone. The spring for the brights keeps popping out because that part of the cover is gone. Does that part have a name, and do I need to get it through a dealership? Thanks!

go through the dealer ship or get Chilton'* book on your car . Maybe the best 12.00 bucks you'll ever spend cause it will answer 87% of all your questions. Just don't get it dirty cause you will if your reading and fixing at same time . THE BOOK IS THE ANSWER!!!

R U talking about the steering wheel colum case ?? R U also talking about hgih beams ?? If that'* it... I don't know the part number... demi-god Deathrat would know.. and no if that'* the piece you can find it at your local junkyard...I haven't taken a look to see if the steering wheel needs to be removed.. but if it does and you have an airbag steering wheel.. it'* going to take you longer and harder to remove those steering wheels than non airbagged ones

vze3r85p R U talking about the fat Chilton'* bible for 12 bucks ??
I found the cheap a$$ Chilton ones from Crappy Tire for around that price.. but the Chiltons book cost close to 50 bucks in Canada... if that'* true.. maybe you can hook me up ??

Actually, taking the airbag out is the easy part. Getting the rest of that crap out is worse. The turn signal arm thingy is spendy, and a nightmare to change. Amy, the thingy isn't broken, is it? I'm hoping it'* just the shroud. That'd be a junkyard part for sure. Do you have a digital camera? Get where I'm going with this?
