Default getting the carpet out?

anyone ever took the carpet out of there 92-99??? as you can see i have everything out, seats and center console.... im trying to find a water leak, the passenger side and trunk are puddles, and then im gonna do an overall superb cleaning job. plus its just kinda fun to get to konw ur car. however i am stuck. the carpet is one piece, i dont wanna slit it to get it out. there is no way i can fit the carpet through the place where the arrow goes....do i need to take out the entire dash also??? any help is greatly appreciated

Do you still have it apart? It would be a good time to pull out the Trunk/Backseat Divider and clean it... and you can pull your rear seat armrest out with only four more bolts to clean in the crevace that is crazy hard to clean.

oOoOo, I didn't see that last pic... the divider was on the interior side of it... you got to clean the armrest in the back seat though, when I got mine apart I found dried coke bits in there.
