check the fuel sending unit!!! that was one thing that went wrong with mine. the smell was so bad that we had to call the fire dept. to my house because our carbon monoxide detector was going ballistic. the freakin warrenty wouldn't even cover it, which is a crock cuz it couldve been very dangerous

No doubt.... I dont see anything leaking by the FPR could this still be the problem making my car running to rich??

An FPR can't make your car run rich. It can make it run lean, or not at all.

Your mileage and your gas smell may not be related. Does your engine oil look ok? Is the evap canister solonoid ok? Vacuum lines hooked up?

I dont hear a vac leak. My oil is fine. Evap Solenoid?
