Default Right side fuse panel

I need to know how to remove the right side of the passenger foot fuse panel ? My A/C is not working and I checked the fuse. I didn't have a fuse in position 11. It is a 10 amp fuse for A/C Programmer. It looks like the pins that hold the fuse are missing or were pushed inside the panel. So I will have to take it apart but have no idea where to start ? Thanks for any help..

Here is a diagram for a 93. Looks like a pain to get out.

I think mine may look a little different on my 1994, It looks like mine may snap in place ? But I don't want to break anything. It is hard to see up in there. I used a mirror and a flash light. But I didn't see any screws.

I Just Took all of those out yesterday

when you look above the little colored fuses up the the boxed ones take those boxes out i found it easier to take both sides out but it'* possible only taking one side out

( i Took a flat head screwdriver and slid it under the box twisted and it popped right out its ALOT Easier that why)

once you get them out Heres the trickey part there ARE Two screws up there that must be taken out the it should come right down. its alot easier then it sounds

Hope this helps

Just an update. I didn't have any screws holding my fuse block. They did have plastic clips holding it on both sides top and bottom. I have power going to my A/C compressor. But it won't come on. I guess I'll be looking for a new used one. Thanks for the help. It was much appreciated.
