Default grade of fuel for n/a

I know that the super charged engines are suppose to use premium fuel..but what about the n/a can we use any grade of fuel..or would the cheap fule be bad on our cars and would the premium be a waste of money?

Should be fine with 87. Older engines may run better with 89, due to carbon buildup causing effective compression ratio increase and other possible wear related knocking.

No it doesnt Gameover.
If your engine is not pinging or knocking when going up hill or idling then the 87 is fine.

On your next fill go for the premium 94 or so. Do you notice a difference in performance? Does the fuel economy out wiegh the added cost?
