Yes..this could very well be caused by the apparent lack of exhaust.

Ok.. it'* not only misfiring.

UPDATE!
markviiisvt4 told me that it is most likely the plugs. He does not recall changing them in over 7 years, so it is possible that the 2.55" pulley install killed the plugs and they were most likely on their last legs. They are old looking and are more worn than what they are supposed to be, (i.e not being replaced in 7 years). They will be changed tomorrow, with some new Autolite 104'* gapped at .055. Alongside of that, the coils are gonna be tested and replaced if needed.
Hopefully that fixes it and I will be happy.
