Default Bad shifting....

when going WOT to pass slow moving cars or having fun when the light turns green, Latly my car has been reving up really high @ 60-65kph as if it cant find the next gear and today i had to let off the gas to get it to shift up. my question is , is this a sign that my tranny is starting to go?...if so should i just let it continue till it finally gives out? then do the "Will, Matt and soon to be Mortehl" tranny upgrade?

What does your fluid look and smell like immediately after driving? It'* slipping badly. You may only need a flush.

Please post mechanical problems in the 92-99 Section. Not in Performance and Brainstorming. (I'll move it for you).

well I havenot had a chance to do anything about this but i have noticed that when driving on the highway that the car now doesnt want to shift gears @100kph (give or take) and now i have to really feather the gas to get it to shift up.

How much longer do you think i have? :(

And you guys might want to hook me up with contacts , part numbers, and prices, for a tranny rebuiled with shift kit
