Default e-brake light.

once is a fluke, twice is a coincidence, but three times now while accelerating hard on a left turn, my E-Brake light on the dash comes on and the buzzer sounds. Any insight?

Check your brake fluid level. My bet is you're a little bit low.

Fluid level in your master cylinder is low or your switch for the parking brake is dead.

I still advise you to check the fluid level. Low fluid will trigger the RED E-brake light. If you add fluid and this happens again, then check the MC for it leaking down the brake booster, or the rear wheel cylinder for leaks, thoes are the 2 most likely places where the fluid would be going.

i checked the brake fluid level today, and its just fine. I also played around with the ebrake pedal and it has to be pushed down a good bit for the light to go on, so i don't know what the deal is.

Mine did the same thing, it was the master cylinder.

I finally fixed it today by just unplugging the level sensor on the reservoir. The problem had gotten worse all summer...even light acceleration brought it on.
