You may have problems with that Gen3 SC and TB. You'll need to make a gasket for the EGR stovepipe where it enters the TB, your stock PCM may not be able to manage the fueling, even with the AFPR, and you'll most definitely need a scantool and FSM to get it right.
I'd rebuild the stock Gen2 SC and use it instead. From an ease of work standpoint and reliability, it'* the best option.
Original SC and TB, but take the 95 heads and valvetrain.

the car has to have minimal down time because it is her daily driver. so if i use the 93 sc, tb and egr i would have to rerout the knock and maf wires and the egr tubing? where would i find the best prices on the rebuild kit?

If you use the 93 SC/TB/EGR/MAF sensor, all you'll need to worry about is the knock sensors. I believe 95 has two and 93 has one.
To use the 93 EGR, you'll need the pedastel with lower tube, EGR valve, and upper tube.
Hmm, maybe crank pulley and crankshaft position sensor as well. I don't know if the parts are the same or not.
