Default Darn squealing brakes

The brakes on my 98 SE keep on squealing. The pads still have plenty on meat on them. What can I do to make it stop, I feel like an idiot every time with them squealing so loud.

Most likely that'* a glazing issue in the heat and humidity of the summer.

Would you classify your normal stopping style as boring or grannyish? This is what usually causes glazing.. a long slowing stop. The brakes heat up and transfer onto the rotors.

If they have "plenty of meat" on them, it could be something as simple as not using Stop Squeal (aka Brake Snot) when the pads were installled. And "plenty of meat" means you can pop the pads out, check them for glazing and/or Stop Squeal, and pop them back in (to the same location you took them out of, of course).
