ok sweet now the only other thing is that when you turn hard to the right it makes bong kinda of noise any idea?

Stupid question but what'* in your trunk? also you may want to look over you suspension makesure nothing is lose or broken does sound like it could be your sway bar

You can pick up a free flow cat from ZZ performance at a good price. Just have the old one cut out and the new one welded in.

Is this something you can feel in the steering wheel when it happens? Could be a binding tie rod end.

cant realy feel it and would a partly cut spark plug wire give me the same symtomes for the cat

If you have a cracked plug wire, it can jump to ground, and that will make the engine run bad, and misfire. Mist the plug wires with water at night and then turn off the lights. If you see blue flashes your jumping to ground. You will need to correct that.
