Did that include pulling the plastic boot off from the positive cable, and cleaning up each of the connections? If you turn on the interior lights and try to start it, what do those lights do during that time. Have you tried jump starting it, or a different battery?

Ok, I got the fact that the baby isn't yours (or at least you say so).

But:

Fan stopped working.....no stopped......

? What? Didn't stop? Or stopped? Huh?
Do your fans come on with the ECC in Auto or not? Did you even read the post above that said fans don't come on at 200?

You need far more specifics. Worked at what coolant temperature? Stopped working at what coolant temperature?

How do the fans relate to the car not starting? They probably don't. Is there even a real problem with them? Not that I can tell from the symptoms you're posting.

We're trying to help you with a car that is at least a couple thousand miles from most of us. And you need help 'quick'. But the car is across town and you can't get to it tonight?

You need to get ALOT more specific for us.

Tanner, I agree with what willwren is telling you. I'm having trouble trying to figure out exactly what the problem really is, and what you may have done already, or not done. To break it down, you basically have 3 jobs you have to do if we are to help you.

First is to be very clear and specific as to what the problem is. Type in complete sentences, with complete thoughts. YOU know what is happening. You have to get that idea across to us.

Second is to read carefully what we suggest that you do, and then do exactly that.

Third is to report back on what the results were after you have followed the instructions. Again, clearly, concisely, in complete thoughts and sentences.

Tanner.. please elaborate your responses. Currently we are finding them confusing and VERY short.
