Default 1992 SSE will not start "HOT"

My 1992 SSE, a daily driver with 167,000 miles basically runs just fine. But, if the outside temps are above 75 degrees and I drive the car up to normal operating temperatures (temp gage between the 200 and the next "tick" (220?)) over 30 minutes driving time, and park it for about 10-30 minutes, it will just not start. It will crank over normally. I have put a timing light on it and there is no spark. After sitting awhile, 30 minutes plus, it will start just fine. No codes

Replaced the fuel filter, cleaned out the MAF, jiggled the connectors on the PCM, replace the ignition module just for the heck of it, but the problem still exist!

Fuel pump replaced 2 years ago, filter sock was totally clogged but that is another story.

Any additonal things I can check?

Have you found the issue with this yet Bob? I'm having the exact same issue. It'* driving me crazy. the other issue I'm having is detailed in this thread, but I don't know if there is any relation.

Also, I've found that if I disconnect the return fuel line and crank for a few seconds and then reconnect it, it fires. Maybe just coincidence, but I've had some success with that.

Anyway, if you've worked it out Bob, I'd love to know what you learned.

Bill
