You only want & need 1 oxygen sensor even with a dual exhaust system.

If you are not changing intake manifold & camshaft, or increasing induction pressure (turbo or supercharging), the only effect of adding dual exhausts is that you will raise the rpm level needed to achieve a given output. Your engine will have pretty much the same torque & horsepower but you will need to rev higher to get those same numbers, it will feel like it actually has less punch.
