My advice still stands, except now I am leaning more to air in the system that needs to be bled out. Air pockets can result in inconsistent HVAC heat.

Well lets just say i still have the issue and ive done all that was suggested, even baught a spill free funnel and filled it to the top - let the car run for some time and still the fluctuation. Im sure there is no air in the system and the heat comes and goes. ?????? atleast the car runs like a raped ape........
