Default Poor Highway Stability

yesterday I was going about 75mph or so and the winds were about 12-14mph. The car felt like it was floating, and not in a good way. My steering felt extremely light (I thought this had nagnasteer?) and it was really uncomfortable, the car felt liek it was all over the place. Now I know you're goign to say "check your struts" but these are new AC Delco struts installed not too long before I bought the car. I mean, it wasn't dangerous or anything, but I just expected better stability and isolation too (lots of wind/road noise). I never noticed it before because I live in a rural area where we don't have expressways and we never usually take my car when we are on them. I like the car, just don't know why it drove like that. (all suspension components have been checked and are good.) I have newer Goodyear Comfortred tires on it, maybe those might be a cause?

Did they do an alignment after the struts were installed, do you know? Improper alignment, and improper/unequal tire pressure can cause problems similar to that.

I'll take dibs on rear toe-in being off if there'* not a loose/worn part somewhere.

How are the rear tires? ARe they lowest on tread> I've found since I moved my most worn tire to the rear I can tell the difference in wander. They have about 4/32 compared to 6/32 for fronts. The also were rounded on edges because I intentially ran them more on the front thinking I'd replace them for a good pair of Michelins for the front this winter. Didn't need to.

The rear tires are pretty fresh still. My experience with these tires has been poor. They won't balance, and the car vibrates above 65-70mph. I have had them balanced twice and rotated a few times, not much luck.
